Studio Policy
- Rebalance Pilates is a safe environment for all. Rebalance Pilates will not tolerate racist or discriminatory comments or behaviour. Such behaviour and/or actions will result in the termination of the client-instructor relationship at Rebalance Pilates.
- Rebalance Pilates will not tolerate any inappropriate sexual comments, language or actions toward its instructors or clientele. Such behaviour and/or actions will result in the termination of the client-instructor relationship at Rebalance Pilates.
- Rebalance Pilates will not tolerate abusive language or actions toward its instructors or clientele. Such behaviour will lead to the termination of the client or instructor.
- Masks are optional but recommended in the studio.
- Please wear socks or sticky socks in the space.
- Classes are 50 minutes long.
- Rebalance Pilates has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled in less than 24-hours will be charged.
- Please contact Rebalance Pilates prior to your session if you are experiencing the following symptoms, including but not limited to:
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fever
- Chills
- Muscle pain
- Headache
- Sore throat
- Loss of taste or smell
- It is at the discretion of Rebalance Pilates to cancel a session should they deem it appropriate, given symptoms.
- Invoices for packages are sent via Quickbooks. Payment for packages must be completed before your new session begins or risk the class being cancelled or rescheduled until payment is made.
- Introductory Pilates packages have an expiry of one (1) month to utilize the three sessions. 5- and 10-class Pilates packages sold by Rebalance Pilates have an expiration of three (3) months from the day the package becomes active. Unused sessions will not be rolled over past three months, and a new package must be purchased.
- Rebalance Pilates considers purchased packages to be a commitment to your movement wellbeing and does not issue refunds.
