5-Day Pilates Challenge Available for All

Back in September I launched the 5-Day Kick Start your Fall Pilates Challenge.

The challenge was designed to help participants experience Pilates and to get back on track with their fitness and movement routine as we came out of the summer months.

It was very successful and I continued the fun by creating the Pilates Group Class subscription on my streaming site.

Twice a week (Tuesdays at 12:15pm EST and Saturdays at 9am EST), subscribers and I hang out in Zoom and do a fun 45-minute Pilates workout! It is mat-based work and often incorporates weights, but has also been known to throw a pillow or towel prop into the mix.

But back to the 5-Day Challenge videos…

The five Pilates workouts from the challenge were kept private in the Facebook group I created for the program. I have decided to make those videos public for you to enjoy!

Th five videos build on each other, the first starting with a brief overview of the Pilates principles and each day we make the work more challenging with weights as we dive more deeply into the Pilates repertoire.

I know the quality of the videos isn’t up to the standard my videos usually have (old computer with not the best camera), but that doesn’t affect the workout in the least. In just 30-minutes, you will get a well-rounded, full-body workout.
