Introducing Express Pilates
At Rebalance Pilates, I am always looking for new ways to keep you engaged, challenged and excited about your Pilates workouts. As we get into the Fall season and begin to fill our schedules again, workouts tend to get pushed to the side.
Running under 15 minutes, these classes are even shorter than Pilatesbites (which typically run 25-30 minutes).
They are designed with two goals in mind:
- for the days you don’t feel you have enough time for a full Pilates workout, and
- for when you are looking to add some Pilates to your non-Pilates workouts.
Right now there are four workouts available:
- Arms and Abs
- Full Body and
- Mini Band
Not a subscriber? Not a problem! I’m also packaging these four express workouts as a bundle package available for purchase. You’ll find these workouts with my other Bundle packages on my website.
